Number 4 – Olive Oil
If you are having a salad you may want to put olive oil on it. Use this instead of ranch or your other favorite dressing. Your body needs healthy fats and this is a good option for you.
Number 5 – Berries
Berries have a lot of fiber in a small package. If you want to get more fiber into your diet the tasty way this is a great option. You can find six gram of fiber in only one cup of raspberries. Do not get fooled by jelly however, this is junk food for sure. There is no fiber and there is added sugar.
If you add this food to your diet and take out other foods that are going to make you fat you are going to find that your weight loss goes much quicker.
