I was shocked to see that 12 minutes of training with this product is the same as 1 1/2 hour of weight training. Who wouldn’t want to cut down on their work out time and get these great results?
The reason this technology works is simply because the ground you are on is shaking and as it shakes you will have to resist it. This is a great work out for people that may not be able to do more strenuous work outs. There are many times that extremely over weight people do not have the stamina to do intense workouts or elderly people may find it difficult to do them as well.
I honestly would not recommend the Kaloss VM2005 power plus vibrating plate to people that are looking to get ripped but for people that want to lose a fat pounds or people that are not able to do intense exercises this would be a great option.
